Summary: Upon check-in the staff were so greeting and friendly, their cheerful demeanor just told me that we were like family. The pool was area clean and perfect temperature. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had everything for every taste. Highly appreciated and recommend this hotel.

Summary: Rooms are outdated, the A/C unit is very loud. The fridge doesn't have a freezer, I am someone who works out out town and was unable to freeze my cooler ice pavks for my next days lunch. The TV lost its signal from 11pm to 6am. Could not watch TV during that time.

Summary: My husband and I had a family event so we decided to take a a room at the Best Western Plus for a couple of days. It was our first stay at this hotel and it won't be our last!! When checking in we were greeted by the by their friendly and informative staff and the room was clean and comfortable !! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling and a variety of items for every taste. I would recommend this hotel to all!!!

Summary: The hotel was EXTREMELY dated. The lobby smelled like stale cigarettes and the hotel room once we entered smelled like armpit BO. It was "cleaned" by the cleaner. It also had boogers on the wall and I had to clean it up because it was on the headboard.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It started with great staff at check-in. Mavis and JoAnne were efficient, pleasant and just fun. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were good-sized, beds comfortable and everything was clean. The pool was great - warm water, clean (despite the heavy use) and always had a good supply of towels. The hot tub was perfect. Aside from great staff, pool and clean rooms, the hotel excelled at the small things that make for a great stay - keurigs in the room, coffee available in the lobby at all times and a solid breakfast. It's amazing how much good coffee (both in room and in lobby) contribute to a comfortable stay. Just great.
